Bigger Brains Course List

CloudRadial is overhauling the Bigger Brains course enrollment and tracking progress. Please bear with us as we complete the transition to a newer, sleeker, and easier method. For more details on this transition, please see this article.

CloudRadial CSA and Portal 365 can be an effective jumping-off point for users to access Bigger Brains training courses from within their portal. A few things to note:

• All CloudRadial Partners have access to a library of 50+ free courses from Bigger Brains of the "Mastering Microsoft 365" series.
  
  
• CloudRadial Partners that pay for premium Bigger Brains can access a full library of 200+ courses that span topics ranging from workplace safety to Microsoft 365 usage to productivity and compliance.
  • If you're interested in enabling these premium courses, please contact your account manager by emailing success@cloudradial.com.

At the time of revising this article (February 6th, 2025), two distinct methods exist to provide end users with access to Bigger Brains courses, which subsequently affect the available courses. 

• Via SSO to Bigger Brains
• Via CloudRadial's native content packages

Bigger Brains Courses via SSO

Note: This is part of the new method of providing Bigger Brains courses to users.

This method gives your users access to the latest Bigger Brains library but does not currently support Bigger Brains training tracking within CloudRadial. As of February 2025, this is the recommended way to access Bigger Brains courses to ensure your users have access to the latest courses.

• The list of courses available to your users will mirror what Bigger Brains has available, listed here: https://getbiggerbrains.com/course/

Bigger Brains Courses via CloudRadial Content Package

Note: This is a legacy method that will eventually be deprecated.

This method provides training completion tracking, but it does not offer the latest courses. For a full list of courses available within CloudRadial's content packages, please see the following document.
