This guide will cover how to use the Store in Custom PSA Field when creating questions in CloudRadial.
Setting up the Customer User Data Field
In Autotask, go to Admin > Features and Settings > Application-Wide Features > User Defined Fields > Tickets tab. You can create the user data field you want CloudRadial to look for when entering tickets. Please note that if a text field is used, the data that goes into the field must fit in a text box, or the ticket will fail to complete, and an advisory will fire.
Sending data from CloudRadial to the UDF
UDF's will show up in the bottom left of the ticket screen. Please note that only a few fields show up in the ticket.
