When you sign up for CloudRadial, your tenant is created and you are considered a Partner (client) from day one. That's when your Right of Recission (RoR) period begins. There is no "trial" period - the RoR is the equivalent of a trial.
During your RoR period, we will work hard to get you implemented and using CloudRadial. However, if you notify us during this time that you elect to exercise your RoR, we will refund the first month's subscription and the Jumpstart implementation costs.
If you want to discontinue usage of CloudRadial, please reach out to your Account Executive and billing@cloudradial.com. Please note the following:
- Your CloudRadial tenant will be scheduled for removal 30 days after cancellation
- We will delete all the data, documents, and accounts (including passwords) that you provided.
- We will delete all the data, documents, and accounts (including passwords) that you provided.
- The removal of CloudRadial will not affect any settings or data you have in Microsoft 365, your PSA, or other connected systems.

If you created users, API keys, or other data in Microsoft 365, your PSA, or other connected systems, you need to remove those manually in their original systems.
- If you had CloudRadial process ticket notifications, you need to disable webhooks from your PSA to CloudRadial.
- If you connected CloudRadial to Microsoft 365 through delegated credentials, you need to remove the CloudRadial application from your Partner tenant's Active Directory.
- If you connected CloudRadial directly to Microsoft 365 at the client level, you need to remove the CloudRadial application from your client's Active Directory.
- If you installed the CloudRadial agent on any workstations or servers, you need to remove them.
- We will attempt to have the agent remove itself automatically once your tenant has been removed. However, we are not responsible for problems the agent could potentially cause when the instance it is trying to connect to is no longer available.
No matter what you decide, we want to thank you for the time you spent with CloudRadial.
