Connect your PSA to sync ticket data, users, and various other bits of information to help you automate and improve your account management processes.
Note that importing companies and contacts does not send out alerts/emails – so feel free to experiment and see how the data flows into your portal.

For other ticketing systems like Accelo, Freshdesk, Freshsupport, Hubspot, Zoho Desk and Zendesk, use the Email option in your PSA settings to receive tickets at your support email address.
Note: If using the Email option, you will want to make sure your routing is set up properly. Go to Partner > Account > Labs > Select Add @SupportEmail routing to service requests.
