Zendesk ticketing is a powerful platform for MSPs to use. You can use the email routing function within CloudRadial on tickets to send ticket forms to a set destination.
As it relates to Zendesk tickets, this is a great match.
The email originating from CloudRadial will contain every field and response from the user contained in the ticket, as well as their user name and email. Below is an example of one might see in Zendesk:
- While CloudRadial doesn't work directly through Zendesk Ticketing APIs, you can still use CloudRadial to submit tickets through email.
- CloudRadial uses a "noreply" from address, but we do set the reply email address as the user's email address.
