While CloudRadial doesn't work directly through Zoho Desk APIs, you can still use CloudRadial to submit tickets through email. CloudRadial uses a "noreply" from address, but we do set the reply email address the user's email address. In Zoho Desk, you can specify to use the Reply address as the user's email so that tickets from CloudRadial come in as email tickets submitted by the CloudRadial user.
- In Zoho Desk, go to Settings (Gear Icon) - Channels - Email.
- Click on Other Configuration under the Email sidebar option.
- Turn on "Create contacts with the "Reply To" email address".
Now when tickets come in from CloudRadial, they will appear from the user's email.
