Integrating projects into CloudRadial provides the ability to collaborate and communicate with clients on their projects from directly inside the portal. With this integration, you can show projects and project tickets in the portal as well as communicate through the tickets just like you can with service desk tickets. For projects to be visible they must be turned on via the Feature Set - Understanding and Changing Feature Sets – CloudRadial.
