In the CloudRadial Storefront, the Workspace is the place to bundle your products and services together. As you build your bundles of products within the Workspace, you can have as many as you like in your client-facing Storefront.
Note: Only 6 bundles will appear on the Storefront home page. They will appear with a Bundle banner, beneath the individual products that are featured.

Creating a Workspace
You can create workspaces as containers to hold your bundled products. Some Partners prefer to create their containers before adding their products to save time.
To create a Workspace:
- Select the Workspace button at the top right when logged into your Storefront
- Select the Workspace Selector and select + Create New
-
Name the workspace
- Tip: The Workspace name will not appear to clients. Name it something that will help you understand the type of products and services to add to your bundle. Ex: New user package.
- Select the Create button to finish creating the workspace
Create as many of these containers as you wish. Next, we'll add products to the workspace to build your bundles.
Adding Products to the Workspace for Bundling
To begin adding individual products to a workspace, you'll want to start with the product search.
- Select Search at the top right of Storefront
- Search for a product that you wish to add as a part of a bundle
- Select the Details button on that product
- At the bottom of the product details pane, select the + Add to [Named] workspace button
- If this is your first bundle, you will only have the Default workspace. You'll be able to add products to different workspaces as you build more out.
- If you've already built multiple workspaces, you'll be able to select which one to add the product to from the arrow selector.
Repeat this process for any other product(s) you wish to add to your workspace bundles.
Understanding Workspace Sub-tabs
Remove Product
You can remove any products that you don't want to keep in your workspace. You can multi-select any of the products and services and click the Remove Products button to erase them easily.
You can also individually remove products by selecting the Red Trashcan Icon next to each product and service.

Workspace Manager and Selector
This selector lets you swap between different workspaces and manage the products within it. Selecting the More... option will let you search all of your workspaces via search.
From within the selector menu, you can:
- Create New - Create a new workspace.
- Delete - Delete the current workspace.
-
Customize Columns - Change the column set for the workspace view.
- For more details on column customization, please see this article.
-
Import File - This feature is not available at this time.
- It will eventually be used to add products into a workspace manually in bulk via CSV
- Storefront - Add and manage the workspace bundle's display in the client-facing Storefront
-
Mark as Template - Mark this bundled set of products as a template to build off of for future workspaces.
- This is useful in instances where you must build and vary your bundles for company-specific workpaces.
Adding Workspace Bundles to Storefront
Once you're satisfied with your products and service bundle, you can customize and add it to the client-facing Storefront. To do so:
- Navigate to the workspace that you wish to add to the Storefront
- Select the workspace manager and selector
- Click on the Storefront button to add or manage a bundle in the Storefront
-
Name the bundle whatever you wish, and add a description
- This will be the name displayed to clients in their Storefront. The description will also appear as a high-level description of the bundle for them.
- (Optional) Enter your Minimum Price
- Adding a minimum price ensures that if prices fluctuate - as they can sometimes from distributors - you will not dip below an acceptable cost/margin. Prices will either be the combined cost of the products plus any margin on top, or the minimum if they're below that.
-
Select an image to represent the bundle
- You can select an image from the individual products, or add your own to summarize the bundle.
-
Select the Storefront(s) for this bundle to appear on
- Selecting a Storefront will allow you to further define a markup type, either from the global settings or specific to that Storefront store.
- Select Save to finalize your settings
The bundle will automatically be featured in the Storefront. Only the 6 most recent bundles will appear on the home page, with the option to search for the rest within the Storefront itself.
