The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you open CloudRadial Chat Admin. It gives you a high-level, read-only snapshot of how your chat channels are performing. There is nothing to set up or configure here; the page is purely informational.
This screen is available on all Chat versions (Chat Starter, ChatAI Professional, and ChatAI Enterprise).
Changing the Time Range
In the top-right corner of the Dashboard is a time-range selector. It defaults to 7 Days. You can switch it to 24 Hours, Last Week, or Last Month, and every figure and chart on the page updates to reflect the range you choose.
Summary Cards
Across the top of the Dashboard are four summary cards that give you the headline numbers at a glance:
- Resolution Rate
- Conversations
- Avg Response
- Active Channels
Three of the cards also display a percentage with an up or down arrow to signify trends in their respective areas.
Conversation Trend
This chart plots your conversation volume across the selected time range, split into Total, Resolved, and Escalated. It is a quick visual for how busy your channels have been and how those conversations are ending.
Channel Health
This panel lists your active channels alongside the number of conversations each has handled during the selected period and the channel type (for example, Web, UCP, or Microsoft Teams). Use it to see at a glance which channels are carrying the most traffic.
Top Unresolved Queries
This panel surfaces questions that came up but were not resolved, so you can spot gaps in coverage. When there is nothing outstanding, it simply reads "No unresolved queries."
Recent Activity
This is a running feed of your most recent conversations, each with a timestamp, giving you a live sense of what is happening across your channels right now.
