You can disable or enable the client administrative prompt for users to enter a support PIN.
To toggle this prompt:
- Navigate to Partner > Settings.
- Click the Account & Branding option on the right side of the screen.
- Choose the Customization tab.
- Make your changes to the options.
These changes are global and will apply to all company users.
