Bigger Brains is a library of 240+ award-winning eLearning courses available directly inside your CloudRadial portal. Once enabled, users access their courses through a dedicated Bigger Brains section in the portal sidebar — courses load and completion is tracked without leaving the portal.
All CloudRadial partners have access to 34 curated courses at no additional cost. Partners can also upgrade to the full Bigger Brains catalog through their account manager.

Enabling Bigger Brains Courses for Your Portal
To make Bigger Brains courses visible to your users:
- Navigate to Partner > Settings
- Select Feature Sets (under the Configuration column)
- Select the Feature Set(s) you want to update
- Under the University section, check BiggerBrains
- Save your changes
Once enabled, users will see a Bigger Brains tab appear in their portal sidebar and can begin accessing courses immediately.
Enabling Premium Courses for a Company
If you'd like to give specific companies access to the full Bigger Brains catalog instead of the 34 included courses, you'll need to enable premium Bigger Brains on your account first.
- Step 1: Contact your account manager at success@cloudradial.com to enable premium Bigger Brains on your account.
- Step 2: Once your account manager has confirmed access, navigate to Partner > Clients.
- Step 3: Locate the company you want to enable and toggle Bigger Brains to Yes.
Users at that company will now have access to the full Bigger Brains catalog of 240+ courses. Note that premium courses are billed at $40 per 100 users, per month, assigned by the company. Every user within an enabled company counts toward your seat total.
You can enable or disable premium Bigger Brains per company at any time from the same Partner > Clients view.
Monitoring Your Usage and Bill
Navigate to Partner > Account to see your current Bigger Brains seat allocation and how many you have used. Billing adjusts month-to-month based on your enabled companies.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is course completion tracked?
- Yes. Bigger Brains course progress and completion are tracked and visible inside CloudRadial. You can see these completion stats from Compliance > Training, broken down by either individual course or specific user/student.
Do I need to set up anything in Bigger Brains directly?
- No. Everything is managed through CloudRadial. Users and companies are set up automatically when they access the courses. Billing and premium courses are all handled through CloudRadial as well.
I've used Bigger Brains in CloudRadial before — is this different?
- Yes. The current method renders courses natively inside the portal with full completion tracking. If you previously deployed Bigger Brains via content packages, those will continue to work as-is, but for any new setup this is the recommended approach.
Can I choose which individual users get access?
- Not at the individual user level — access is assigned by company. All users within an enabled company will have access to the premium catalog and count toward your seat total.
Can I assign courses to individual users or departments?
- Not at this time. Bigger Brains does not have an assignment module to allow Admins to assign courses to individuals via CloudRadial. Users will get the full library of courses and can select courses to take for themselves.
