The Microsoft 365 Groups tab under Usage > Users shows every group synced from the client's Microsoft 365 tenant, one row per group, with a count of its members who are portal users. Open a group to see those members and download the list.
Requirements
The company must be connected to Microsoft 365 and have completed at least one sync.
The groups grid
Go to Usage > Users and click the Microsoft 365 Groups tab. Columns:
- Group: the group's display name. Filter by typing part of the name.
- Portal Members: the number of group members who exist as users in the portal. Filter numerically. A group can show 0 when its members are not synced into CloudRadial (for example excluded users or guests).
Sort by clicking a column header. The Download button at the top right exports the grid.
Opening a group
Click a group name to open its panel:
- Group details: Name, Microsoft 365 group id, Portal members
- Group members: a grid with Name and Email, each filterable, paged at 100 per page
- Download: exports that group's member list
This view is read-only. Group membership is managed in Microsoft 365, and changes appear in CloudRadial after the next sync (up to an hour).
