You can use the Web channel to add client chat to your company website or CloudRadial CSA portal. Whenever a new bot is created in CloudRadial Chat, a Web channel that is connected to the bot is automatically created.

Enabling Chat in the CloudRadial UCP portal
To access the HTML script for your site, follow these steps:
- Log into CloudRadial Chat
- Select Channels from the left-hand feature set menu
- Select Web from the available channel links
- Rename the Channel to something like "Company Name" Website
- Set the Service Channel
- Do not enable "Authentication Required" toggle. This is for the CloudRadial UCP only.
- This page provides an HTML snippet that you can embed on your website or UCPportal. You can embed it on a single page or multiple pages within the site. Select the Deployment Code using the Copy button to copy the HTML script to your clipboard for use in another application, like WordPress.
Note: You can access a link ("Try out your bot before you deploy it!") from the Web channel page to a test page for the client web channel. This link is available to anyone without logging into the portal, so it can be shared with anyone to test the chat.
Getting the Channel ID for Your UCP Portal
To access the HTML script for your site, follow these steps:
- Log into CloudRadial Chat
- Select Channels from the left-hand feature set menu
- Select New Channel from the top right-hand corner
- Select Web channel
- Name Channel something like CloudRadial UCP.
- Set Role to Customer
- Enable Verified toggle.
- Copy the Channel ID from "Deploy to CloudRadial UCP".
Add the Channell ID to your UCPPortal
- In your UCP Portal, navigate to Partner > Settings > Integrations > CloudRadial Chat
- Paste the Channel ID into the "CloudRadial Chat Channel ID" and check "Enable (Required Subscription)".
- Submit and refresh the browser and you will see the CloudRadial Chat logo appear in the bottom right-hand corner. 
*Note*: To enable or disable a web channel, (for example, not ready to go live in UCP) toggle the Active switch on the right-hand side of the specific channel.
Enabling Chat for the UCP Portal
You can enable the CloudRadial Chat in the UCP portal globally and/or per client company.
To Enable Globally:

Ensure that the box is checked to Enable for All Clients
To Enable or Customize per client company:
- Under Partner > Settings > Integrations > CloudRadial Chat > Ensure that Enable for All Clients is unchecked
- Go to Partner > Clients > Select Client > Edit > Integrations and check the box to Enable CloudRadial Chat
- Enter the respective Channel Id and click Submit.
Note: You can enable chat for all clients and then also override at the company level if needed.
