Integrating with Breach Secure Now!

The Breach Secure Now! (BSN) integration provides a new tab for Training under the Security > Identity (formerly Data Breaches) tab. This shows various pieces of information related to your client's BSN usage statistics, secure scores, breach counts, and more.

To complete, the integration, we'll follow three main steps. 

• Acquire the Breach Secure Now Partner Integration Key
• Enter the Breach Secure Now Key in CloudRadial 
• Tie Companies to Specific Breach Secure Now Data
• About the Breach Secure Now Integration

Acquire the Breach Secure Now Partner Integration Key

First, we'll need to get the CloudRadial partner integration key from BSN. 

1. Log into your Breach Secure Now! account
2. Navigate to Partner Profile on the left-hand menus 
   
                                                      
   
   
3. Select the Integrations tab
4. Toggle the CloudRadial integration on
5. Copy the Partner Integration Key that appears

Enter the Breach Secure Now Key in CloudRadial 

Now, we'll need to tie the integration together between both systems. To do so:

1. Log into CloudRadial
2. Navigate to Partner > Settings from the left-hand menus
3. Select Integrations from the Configuration column on the right 
4. Select Breach Secure Now
5. Toggle on the option to Enable Breach Secure Now?
6. Paste in the Partner Integration Key 
7. Select Test Credentials to ensure the connection is successful
   • If not, ensure you copied the code exactly from BSN. If the issue persists, please open a ticket for more assistance. 
     
     
     
     
8. Select Submit to save your settings and finalize the process

Tie Companies to Specific Breach Secure Now Data

Once BSN has been connected to CloudRadial, you'll need to specify which companies get what data from within BSN. To do so:

1. Navigate to Partner > Clients from the left-hand menus 
2. Use the blue 3-dot menus and select Edit to edit a company that needs BSN data connected
   
                            
   
   
3. Select the Integrations tab
4. Locate the Breach Secure Now Client Id field and use the Lookup button 
5. Search for the specific company in BSN to tie to the CloudRadial company
   • You can either select the blank text box and hit enter to load all results or type in as many letters as necessary and then hit enter to load the specific company faster
     
          
     
     
6. Select the company. This will enter the ID in the box.
7. Select Submit at the bottom to finalize the process

Now, you will be able to see Breach Secure Now data for that company within their Security > Identity > Security (tab) area. Repeat step 3 in this process for any other company that needs BSN connected. 

About the Breach Secure Now Integration

At the time of writing this article, the information that can be pulled from Breach Secure Now includes:

• User training data including ESS, phishing statistics, breach counts, and more
• Company statistics including average ESS, total breaches, dark web risk level, and more
