If you've got Simplesat as your CSAT solution, you can use it to fuel your customer satisfaction surveys (CSAT) in your portal. The integration allows you to view CSAT reviews from emails in CloudRadial, and to collect CSAT reviews directly from customers who are using the CloudRadial portal.
The sync is bi-directional, so feedback logged in CloudRadial will populate Simplesat and vice-versa.

Create an API Member in CloudRadial
You must first generate an API key that you can use to transfer information back and forth between CloudRadial and Simplesat. To do so:
- Navigate to Partner > Settings
- Select Integrations on the right, under the Configuration column
- Select API (Beta) and select + Add API Key
- Name the API key whatever you wish and copy your key values

In Simplesat, we'll next need to navigate to the CloudRadial integration page. If you're already logged in, you can use this link to take you directly to the page. Alternatively:
- Navigate to iIntegrations from the left-hand menu
- Select CloudRadial from the available integrations
- Select Authenticate and paste the key values that you received from CloudRadial earlier
If you're unable to authenticate, make sure your credentials are correct. If that still doesn't work, please reach out to Simplesat support and they can assist further.
Generate and Apply a Simplesat Webhook
The last step in the process is to acquire a webhook from the Simplesat team. You will use this webhook to finalize the connection of data to ensure that CloudRadial and Simplesat transfer data seamlessly.

Once you have the webhook, you will need to apply it to CloudRadial's feedback system. To do so:
- Navigate to Partner > Feedback
- Select Settings > Edit at the top right
- First, ensure that feedback is Enabled if it isn't already

- Paste the webhook you received from Simplesat into the JSON Webhook URL field in the Notification section of the feedback settings
- Let the Simplesat support team know which survey incoming CloudRadial responses should be associated with.
