When you provision CloudRadial Storefront, you get one Storefront with a sub URL named "default". Every company in your portal points to it automatically. There is nothing to configure, and nothing to assign.
You only need to do anything at all if you want a specific company to see a different Storefront. This article covers how that override works.
How Assignment Works
There are two possible outcomes for any company:
- No Storefront Key set on the company. The user lands on the Storefront with the default Sub URL. This is every company until you say otherwise.
- A Storefront Key set on the company. The user lands on the Storefront matching that key instead.
The Storefront Key is the only thing that changes where a company goes. Leave it blank and the company stays on the default.
Creating Additional Storefronts
Before you can send a company somewhere else, that Storefront has to exist. Each Storefront you build gets its own Sub URL, and those Sub URLs are what the Storefront Key looks up.
- Log into your Storefront
- In the top bar navigation, select Storefront and select Storefronts
- Select + New Storefront
- Give it a name and a unique Sub URL
Note: The number of Storefronts you can create depends on your Storefront tier. The count remaining is shown next to New Storefront.

Assigning a Specific Storefront to a Company
Once the Storefront exists, point the company at it from your CloudRadial UCP portal.
- Navigate to Partner > Clients
- Select the company you want to change (edit them, via the 3 blue-dot menu or by selecting them and pressing Edit at the top)
- Open the Integrations tab
- Scroll to Storefront Key
- Select Lookup
- Leave the search blank and press Enter to see every available Storefront
- Results display as the Storefront name followed by its Sub URL, for example Phoenix Store (Phoenix)
- Select the Storefront you want
- Select Submit
Users at that company now reach that Storefront when they open the Storefront link in their portal.
Returning a Company to the Default Storefront
Clear the Storefront Key field and submit. With no key set, the company falls back to the default Sub URL.
Troubleshooting
A company is landing on the default when it should be somewhere else. Check the Storefront Key on that company's Integrations tab. A blank key always routes to the default.
The Lookup returns nothing, or the Storefront you want is missing. The Storefront either has not been created yet or has no Sub URL. Confirm both on the Storefronts page in your Storefront admin.
Users cannot reach any Storefront. The problem is the link, not the assignment. Confirm the menu item URL is exactly @Storefront, that the content package has been published, and that Company > Applications is enabled in the company's Feature Set.
