The Funnel
The Planner Funnel gives you a single, cross-client view of the open work sitting in your Planner - the pipeline of recommended and in-flight items across every client, grouped by where each item stands. Instead of opening each company one at a time to gauge how much is sitting in Proposed versus In Planning, you see the whole book of business on one screen, with the dollar value at each stage.
The Funnel is read-only and partner-facing: it's a view for you and your Account Managers, not something your clients see. It is the default tab when you open the Planner.

Where to find it
- Go to Partner > Planner in your partner portal.
- The Funnel tab opens by default.
Choosing what you're looking at
Use the Client Picker at the top right of the Funnel to focus the view. You can select one of:
- All clients - every client you have Planner access to.
- A single Company Group - available on the Enterprise tier. Click here to upgrade to enterprise.
- A single Company.
The Client Picker is single-select, so the Funnel always shows one clearly defined selection at a time. Every total on the page - the summary cards and the per-stage figures - reflects what you've selected.
Reading the summary cards
Three cards across the top total the open pipeline for the current selection:
- One-Time Potential - the combined one-time value across all open Planner items.
- Monthly Recurring Potential - the added monthly recurring revenue (MRR) if every open deal closes, shown per month.
- Annualized Pipeline Value - the pipeline potential as one-time plus twelve times the monthly recurring value.
Note: All amounts are shown in your partner's configured currency and number format.
Working the stages
Below the cards, the Funnel lists the five open stages of the pipeline, each with a count of items and its One-Time and Monthly totals:
Draft → Proposed → Approved → In Planning → In Progress
Click any stage that has items to open its detail panel (the blade). The blade lists each Planner item in that stage, showing the item's subject, the client company, its category, the One-Time and Monthly figures, and the estimated timeline (with start and end dates when set).
Editing a plan item's price from the Funnel
You can correct or negotiate pricing without leaving the Funnel:
- Open a stage's blade and click the plan item you want to adjust.
- A compact pricing editor opens for that item.
- Update the price and save. The change is written through the same path the Planner board uses, so the Funnel and the board always agree on the saved value.
For a subscribed item, the price you set is a per-client override: your negotiated price stays in place even when the master content is republished, instead of being overwritten by the master price. To go back to the subscription's price, use Reset to subscription pricing.
Note: Overriding the price changes only what that one client sees. Other clients subscribed to the same content keep the master price, and non-price content continues to sync as normal.
