In CloudRadial UCP not only can you setup PSA Boards at the global level (Connecting Your PSA to CloudRadial UCP – CloudRadial), you can also set an override at the company level to provide a unique filter to any client company inside your portal that only applies to them.
You can use the Company Level overrides to ensure you are not overloading the global settings, as many PSA APIs have limitations on the amount of data they can receive at once; we recommend no more than 20 boards on the global settings.
Set Up Client Level Overrides
- Go to Partner > Clients > Click the 3 dots next to a Client company > Edit > Integrations

Scroll down to Override and pick the boards or queues you want to use specifically for this client.
Note: These are overrides so make sure to add every board/queue that you want this company to see.
