Understanding the Security tab in CloudRadial

The Security tab is comprised of sub-tabs of reporting pulled from several key areas, including:

• 365 Backup
• Backups
• Identity (formerly Data Breaches)
• Email
• Log Ins

Diving into Detail on Each Tab

Each tab has its own specific function and potential use application for Partners. Please reference each individual page for specific instructions. 

365 Backup

• Requires a SkyKick tenant integration before becoming visible in the portal. Displays 365 backup information.

Backups

• Requires a Datto Backup or Liongard tenant integration before becoming visible in the portal. Displays backup information.

Identity

• Appears in every portal by default, uses Have I Been Pwned to scan user emails for breach status
• Also has the option to show a "Training" tab, added in with a connection to Breach Secure Now!

Email

• Requires an Office 365 connection to the tenant (and an Office ID assigned to the company) to be visible. Displays email activity for the connected Office tenant.

• Requires an Office 365 connection to the tenant (and an Office ID assigned to the company) to be visible. Displays MFA and admin right allocation by user for the tenant.
