Aside from building out KB articles yourself, you can seamlessly bring your documentation over from Hudu to your client portal without reinventing the wheel. To do so, follow these instructions:
1. Create an API Key in Hudu
- Navigate to your Hudu instance
- Click the dropdown option at the top and select Admin
- Select API under the Account Administration section
- Use the left-hand input to create an API key
- Name the key whatever you wish
- You do not need to restrict to a specific company
- You no not need to list allowed IP addresses
- You do not need to allow access to passwords
- You do not need to allow access to destructive actions
- Copy the API key you get from Hudu
2. Entering the Hudu API Key into CloudRadial
- Navigate to Partner > Settings
- Select Integrations on the right, under the Configurations column
- Select Hudu from the list
- Enter your Hudu domain and your API key
- Your Hudu domain should not contain any HTTP prefix.
- Ex: cloudradial.huducloud.com
- Select Test Credentials to ensure the key is working properly
- If not, try to regenerate a new key.
- Upon a successful test, select Submit at the bottom to finalize your settings
3. Putting Your Hudu Article(s) in CloudRadial
Once you've got the API set up with Hudu, you'll notice a new option when creating knowledge base articles. There will be a selection - From Hudu. Here's how the setup works.
Option 1: Putting the Hudu Articles in Partner > Content for Mass Distribution
- Head to Partner > Content
- Navigate to an existing Articles content package
- You can also create one from the +Add button at the top right
- Once in the content package, create a new article via the +Add button at the top right
- Set Category to be the folder under which the article will reside
- Set Subject as the title of the article in CloudRadial
- Set the Article to "From Hudu" rather than from the editor
- Perform a Lookup using the button on the right to find the article you want to bring in.
- Select Submit at the bottom.
You can add additional Hudu articles as necessary to this content package, provided that their target audience is the same (specifically, company groups and user groups.
Once you set the audience and publish the package, the article will appear within client's knowledge base(s).
Option 2: Putting the Hudu Article in a Single Client's Knowledge Base
- Head to Company > Knowledge Base for a specific company.
- Create a new article via the +Add button at the top right.
- Set Category to be the folder under which the article will reside
- Set Subject as the title of the article in CloudRadial
- Set the Article to "From Hudu" rather than from the editor
- Perform a Lookup using the button on the right to find the article you want to bring in.
- If necessary, select the target user group via the Groups tab at the top.
- Select Submit at the bottom.
The article will be posted immediately, and the results will be identical to the screenshot above (albeit to just one company).

This is great news! I am testing but it looks like this only shows 'shared' articles or doesnt find sub-folder articles (or both).
