Setting Up the Slack Webhook

Webhooks in CloudRadial can be triggered when users submit tickets or feedback. You can use the Slack webhook to directly send notifications to a channel in Slack.

Note: Company tokens are accepted here as well.

In Slack

1. Choose the channel that will receive the notification 
2. Right-click on the channel from the left-hand menu and select Open channel details
3. Select the Integrations tab
4. Under the Apps section, click on Add an App
5. Search for and select Incoming Webhook
   
   
   
6. Select Add to Slack
7. Select the dropdown under the Post to Channel section and select your desired channel
8. Then, select Add Incoming WebHooks Integration
9. Finally, copy your URL from the Webhook URL section

In CloudRadial

Tickets:

1. Edit or create a new form (Problem Reports or Service Requests)
2. Select the Routing tab
3. Paste the URL in the Slack Webhook URL field
4. Submit.

Feedback:

1. Go to, Partner > Feedback > Settings > Edit
2. Paste the URL in the Slack Webhook URL field
3. Submit.
