Webhooks in CloudRadial can be triggered when users submit tickets or feedback. You can use the Slack webhook to directly send notifications to a channel in Slack.
Note: Company tokens are accepted here as well.
In Slack
- Choose the channel that will receive the notification
- Right-click on the channel from the left-hand menu and select Open channel details
- Select the Integrations tab
- Under the Apps section, click on Add an App
- Search for and select Incoming Webhook
- Select Add to Slack
- Select the dropdown under the Post to Channel section and select your desired channel
- Then, select Add Incoming WebHooks Integration
- Finally, copy your URL from the Webhook URL section
In CloudRadial
Tickets:
- Edit or create a new form (Problem Reports or Service Requests)
- Select the Routing tab
- Paste the URL in the Slack Webhook URL field
- Submit.
Feedback:
- Go to, Partner > Feedback > Settings > Edit
- Paste the URL in the Slack Webhook URL field
- Submit.
