Integrating Quoter into Your Portal

Quoter is integrated through ConnectWise Manage or Autotask opportunities.

When integrated with CloudRadial, selected Quoter opportunities are shown as Quotes under the company's Account > Quotes tab with references to the most recent document PDF.

Only PDFs starting with the word 'Quote' are shown.

Configuration

To connect Quoter, you will need to:

1. Navigate to Partner > Settings
2. Navigate to Integrations (Under the Configuration column on the right-hand side)
3. Select Quoter on the right-hand side menu
4. Enable the checkbox to show Quoter quotes
5. Optionally list any statuses of quotes that you wish to display within the portal

If you leave these blank, then all opportunities are presented to the company.

When connected to a supported PSA, there is no need for additional API keys or steps to integrate Quoter. CloudRadial will pull the opportunities tied to their companies and show them in the portal.

• How does CloudRadial acquire the order porter URL?
  • CloudRadial will attempt to gather the order porter URL by checking the attachments tab of the opportunity in ConnectWise for the html file. See the example below:
    
    
• The order porter URL is in ConnectWise, but not visible in CloudRadial. 
  
  • In most cases, this is due to the attachment having the following checkbox enabled.
    
    
  • To have CloudRadial ignore that checkbox and display all URLs, navigate to Partner > Settings > PSA and uncheck the option pictured below.
