Integrating ConnectWise Sell with CloudRadial UCP

ConnectWise Sell is integrated through ConnectWise Manage or Autotask opportunities.

When integrated with CloudRadial, selected opportunities are shown as Quotes under the company's Account > Quotes tab with references to the most recent document PDF and the link to the order portal.

Configuration

When connected to a supported PSA, there is no need for additional API keys to integrate ConnectWise Sell. CloudRadial pulls the opportunities from the relevant companies and shows them in the portal. You only need to choose ConnectWise Sell as your quote format:

1. Navigate to Partner > Settings
2. Select Quotes & Invoices (under the Configuration column)
3. On the Quotes tab, under Quote Format, select ConnectWise Sell
4. Under Opportunities to Show, optionally list the Opportunity Statuses and Opportunity Types you want presented. Leave these blank to show all opportunities
5. Click Save

• How does CloudRadial acquire the order porter URL?
  • CloudRadial attempts to gather the order porter URL by checking the attachments tab of the opportunity in ConnectWise for the HTML file. See the example below:
    
• The order porter URL is in ConnectWise, but not visible in CloudRadial.
  • In most cases, this is due to the attachment having the following checkbox enabled:
    
  • To have CloudRadial ignore that checkbox and display all URLs, navigate to Partner > Settings > Quotes & Invoices and, under Quote Options, uncheck the option pictured below
