QuoteWerks is integrated through ConnectWise Manage or Autotask opportunities.
When integrated with CloudRadial, selected opportunities are shown as Quotes under the company's Account > Quotes tab with references to attached PDFs and links to any .HTML attachments.
Configuration
When connected to a supported PSA, there is no need for additional API keys or steps to integrate QuoteWerks. CloudRadial will pull the opportunities from the relevant companies and show them within the portal.
You will need to list the specific Opportunity Types and Statuses you want to be presented. If you leave these blank, then all opportunities are presented to the company.

Troubleshooting Quote Document Errors
"Application Error - Cannot retrieve this document"
If you receive this error when clicking on a quote link in the portal, it typically means CloudRadial is unable to retrieve the associated PDF or document from your PSA. Common causes include:
- Attachment checkbox blocking access - In ConnectWise, the attachment on the opportunity may have the "Don't display in Customer Portal" checkbox enabled. Navigate to the opportunity in ConnectWise, open the Attachments tab, and verify that this checkbox is unchecked on the relevant file.
- Order porter URL not configured or inaccessible - Verify that the order porter URL is properly set up in ConnectWise and that the URL is accessible. You can also check your settings in CloudRadial under Partner Settings PSA to ensure the option to display all URLs is enabled.
- PSA connectivity issue - If your PSA API credentials have changed or expired, CloudRadial may not be able to retrieve the document. Verify your PSA connection is active under Partner Settings PSA.
- File no longer exists in PSA - The original document or attachment may have been removed or moved within your PSA. Verify the file is still present on the opportunity's Attachments tab.
If the issue persists after checking the above, please submit a support ticket with the quote name and any error details for further investigation.
