Some network configurations require allow-listing specific IP addresses so ServiceAI can communicate with your PSA, documentation, and email systems. The exact IP addresses that apply to your Tenant depend on the region your Tenant is hosted in.
Always use the IP list from your Tenant's Settings page — not a static list copied from this article. The Settings page shows the current IPs for the region your Tenant is on, and reflects any infrastructure changes automatically.
Finding Your Tenant's IP Allowlist
- Log in to ServiceAI
- Click the Settings gear in the top navigation bar
- The IP addresses your Tenant uses to make outbound calls to your PSA and other connected systems are displayed on the Settings page
- Copy the list shown there into your firewall, security tool, or PSA's IP allowlist
Why the In-App List Is Authoritative
- ServiceAI runs in multiple regions (US, EU, CA). The set of outbound IPs differs by region, so a static list cannot be correct for every Tenant
- Infrastructure scales over time — IPs may be added, retired, or shifted between regions. The Settings page always shows the current set
- Using the in-app list avoids accidental mismatches when a Tenant is moved to a different region
When to Update Your Allowlist
Re-check your Tenant's IP list when:
- You first set up integrations with a PSA, documentation, or email system that requires allow-listing
- You see connectivity errors against an integration that previously worked
- You receive a notice from CloudRadial that ServiceAI infrastructure has been updated
If the list shown on your Settings page is empty or you have any questions, contact your CloudRadial account manager.
