ServiceAI provides flexible authentication options to accommodate different organizational setups and user preferences.
Available Login Methods
When accessing ServiceAI, you'll see four login options on the sign-in screen:
Username and Password
Standard email and password authentication using your ServiceAI account credentials.
Microsoft Login
Single sign-on using your Microsoft 365 or Azure Active Directory account. MFA protocols set up on your tenant will apply to this sign-in.
Google Login
Single sign-on using your Google Workspace or personal Google account. MFA protocols set up on your tenant will apply to this sign-in.
Login Link
Passwordless authentication that sends a secure login link directly to your email address.
A Note on the Redesigned Login Screen
As of the May 2026 release, ServiceAI's sign-in experience has a refreshed v2 visual treatment. The four login methods above and the underlying authentication flows are unchanged — only the look, error handling, and focus behavior have been updated:
- A cream-gradient brand panel on the left in light mode, switching to a dark navy panel in dark mode, with the sign-in form on the right
- Inline, field-level error messages displayed directly underneath the relevant input (email, password, OTP, etc.) rather than as a single banner alert at the top of the page
- Automatic focus on the next input at each step, so the cursor lands in the right place after entering your email, after a redirect, and at the OTP screen
- Hardening for browser password managers and one-time-passcode autofill, so saved credentials and OTP codes fill correctly
- A steadier organization-selection list when your email belongs to more than one ServiceAI tenant
How Login Works in ServiceAI
All login methods work seamlessly as long as your email address in ServiceAI matches the email address of your chosen authentication method. Choose whichever option is most convenient for your organization's setup.
Once logged in, your ServiceAI experience will be identical regardless of which authentication method you used.
