Triggering Webhooks to Microsoft Teams from Feedback and Forms

Webhooks in CloudRadial can be triggered when users submit tickets or feedback. You can use the webhook to directly send notifications to a channel in Teams.*

Note: Company tokens are accepted here as well.

Adding the Webhook in CloudRadial

In the Ticket Areas:

1. Edit or create a new form (Problem Reports or Service Requests)
2. Select the Routing tab
3. Paste the URL in the JSON Webhook URL field
4. Select Submit

In the Feedback Area:

1. Go to, Partner > Feedback
2. Select Settings > Edit at the top right of the page
3. Paste the URL in the Teams Webhook URL field
4. Select Submit
