Integrating JivoChat with CloudRadial UCP

JivoChat provides a powerful and extensible platform for chat. You can integrate JivoChat with CloudRadial while also allowing the chat widget to automatically pull the user's name and email from their CloudRadial log-in information.

JivoChat Integration Instructions

To integrate JivoChat:

1. Navigate to Partner > Settings
2. Select Integrations on the right (under the Configuration column)
3. Select the Header Scripts option
   • The page that opens is titled Header & Body Scripts. Use the Header Scripts field, not the Body Scripts field
4. Enter the code below in the Header Scripts field
   • Change the token to match the one provided in your widget code
   • Do not copy the full script, just the code
5. Once you've applied your code, select Submit to finalize your setting

Your JivoChat icon should appear at the bottom right of the screen after a refresh.

The user's name and email are prefilled when a chat starts, so they appear in the chat automatically without the user typing them in.
