You can include a link in your PSA ticket emails that directs users back to the ticket in the CloudRadial portal. You can use either a direct link that requires a user log in before view, or a no-login link that logs the user in as the ticket contact before viewing. These links are found under Partner Settings.
For security, the direct link is the preferred method.
For convenience, the no-login link is the preferred method. Click on the Regenerate Token link to initialize this link.
Please note that the no-login link will log in the user as the ticket contact. If there is no contact on the ticket, then this link will not work. Also, this link not work for any tickets tied to CloudRadial Partner administrators.
