Addigy provides an easy way to pull Mac endpoint information into CloudRadial. To integrate with Addigy, we'll follow 3 steps.
Note: CloudRadial will not sync or show mobile devices or tablets from Addigy, such IPads and IPhones.
1. Setting up Addigy
- Go to your Addigy dashboard.
- Go to Account Integrations.
- Click the "Add API" button at the bottom of the page.
- Select API V1 for the Integration.
- Enter a name for the API such as CloudRadial and press Save.
- Record the Client ID and Client Secret values.
2. Setting up CloudRadial
- Go to Partner > Settings.
- Choose Integrations on the right side.
- Choose Addigy on the right side.
- Click to enable Addigy endpoint integration import? and enter the values you created above.
- Save the settings.
3. Setting Addigy IDs to CloudRadial Companies
Once you secure a connection to your Addigy account within CloudRadial, we'll need to tie in the Addigy IDs to their respective CloudRadial companies.
- Navigate to Partner > Clients
- Use the 3 blue-dot menu by the company name and click Edit
- Select the Integrations tab
- Under the 3rd Party Add-Ons section, use the Lookup field in the Addigy Assigned Policies section and find the respective company's ID
- You can separate multiple policies with a comma.
- Select Submit at the bottom to finish the process.
Addigy syncing will occur during nightly processing and endpoints will be matched to the companies for which a policy is defined. Based on the number of endpoints, syncing may take a while. A job is created to monitor sync progress - this can be viewed within the company's feature set under Alerting > Jobs.
Bonus - Forcing a Manual Addigy Sync
- Go to Partner > Settings.
- Choose Integrations on the right side.
- Choose Addigy on the right side.
- Click the Sync Now text at the bottom-right.
Please note that the syncing process can take up to 24 hrs to propagate.
