- Log in to your Addigy dashboard and click Account in the left navigation
- Go to Integrations > API & Webhooks
- Make sure the V2 tab is selected
- Click New API Token
- Enter a name for the token (e.g., CloudRadial UCP)
- Under Permissions, check All permissions or select the specific permissions you want to grant
- Click Add
- Copy and securely save the token value — it will not be shown again

Next, enter your Addigy API token in CloudRadial to establish the connection.
- Navigate to Partner > Settings
- Click the Integrations tab at the top

- Check the box for Enable Addigy endpoint import?
- Paste your Addigy API token into the Addigy API Token field
- Click Submit
Assigning Addigy Policies to Companies
Once the connection is established, map each company in CloudRadial to its corresponding Addigy policy so endpoints sync to the right company.
- Navigate to Partner > Clients
- Click the three-dot menu next to the desired company and select Edit
- Click the Integrations tab
- Under 3rd Party Add-ons, locate the Addigy Assigned Policies field
- Use the Lookup button to search for and select the appropriate policy for that company
- To assign multiple policies, separate each one with a comma
- Click Submit to save
Addigy syncing occurs during nightly processing. Endpoints are matched to companies based on their assigned policies. A job is created to monitor sync progress — this can be viewed under Alerting > Jobs within the company's feature set.
Forcing a Manual Sync
To trigger an immediate sync without waiting for the nightly run:
- Navigate to Partner > Settings
- Click the Integrations tab
- Select Addigy from the right-hand panel
- Click Sync Now at the bottom right of the page
Please note that the syncing process can take up to 24 hours to fully propagate.
