Today we'll cover how to set manage meetings within CloudRadial meeting with your clients is critical to building lasting and fruitful relationships.
During meetings, you can run through tickets, notable issues, upcoming road map items, additional reports and more without ever leaving CloudRadial.
To start, we'll navigate over to Account and planner in the left-hand side of the feature sets.
Then we'll click on meetings.
It's the 4th tab over at the top.
From here we can see any meetings that we've had for this client, both past and future, to add a new meeting, click on add on the right hand side, the two statuses we can see are planned and completed.
We can set the subject meaning date and organizer as well as any notes at the bottom.
There's also an option for a file upload.
This is a great spot to put the QBR report.
I'll link the video below on how to customize and pull that report.
I'll go ahead and fill out a Sample meeting.
This meeting will now be visible to the client when they view the planner option.
If they click on an upcoming meeting, they can also download the attachment.
You can also see these meetings on your side of things, simply navigate over to the partner side on the left-hand side of the feature sets and click on your planner option.
You can see that meetings is the third tab over for you.
You can see the meetings managed by the company when their last completed and when they're next planned.
Be sure to use this feature of CloudRadial to keep your clients up to date on meetings that will improve your professional relationships.
