You can integrate ConnectWise Chat Assist and other chat agents that rely on a web page with CloudRadial. When integrated, a chat icon appears at the top of the CloudRadial user page as follows:

To integrate ChatAssist:
- Navigate to Partner > Settings
- Select Account & Branding at the top-right (under the Setup column)
- Select the Customization tab
- Locate the Chat section and enter the URL that directs your users to your chat page
Once connected, the support button at the top navbar of CloudRadial will link users to your selected ChatAssist link.
