You can integrate ConnectWise Chat Assist and other chat agents that rely on a web page with CloudRadial. When integrated, a chat icon appears at the top of the CloudRadial user page as follows:
To configure, go to Partner > Settings and choose the Account & Branding option at the top-right. Then, head over to the Customization tab.
Under the Chat section, enter the URL that directs your users to your chat page:
