Setting Policy Reporting Forwarding Rules
You can establish a daily forwarding rule of a given client's policies from an individual client's setup screen. To do so:
- Navigate to Partner > Clients
- Select the 3 dot menu next to the client and select Edit
- Navigate to the Customizations tab
- Enter the email that will receive the policy reports
While you can send these reports to any address, it's recommended that you send them directly to a report archive folder within their own tenant. For compliance purposes, this further improves the transparency and auditability of the portal as a whole.
