Report archives serve as repositories for reports of any kind that you want to send into the portal for easier client and account management visibility.
About Report Archives
Reports can be entered into the archives from either a drag-and-drop interface, an archive-unique email address, or via an API connection.
These archives are not considered content and are managed slightly differently than other things within CloudRadial. Read the instructions below to understand how to set up these archives for your purposes.
Report archives support files of any type - but note that only HTML (such as emails) and PDF reports will display within the portal without needing to be downloaded. All other filetypes must be downloaded to be seen by the client.
Note: While emails sent to report archives, can be displayed in the portal, only the raw text or HTML will show, images sourced externally will not be downloaded.
Setting Up Company-Specific Report Archives

- Once you are in the client company, navigate to Compliance > Reports
- Select Add at the top right to create the archive
- Fill out the details of the archive as needed
- Give the folder a name and, optionally, set up alerting triggers based on your preferences.
- Once you completed the archive details, select Submit
To delete an archive, select it and select Settings. Use the red trashcan icon to delete the archive. Note that this will also delete the contents of the archive. Note that re-creating an archive with the same name will result in a new, randomized email address.
