Endpoints and servers provide different iconography and color-coded statuses to indicate their current state.
Icon Types
The following icons correspond with the following device types:

*Network Device is only available via the Infrastructure > Network tab, visible only through an integration with either Auvik or Domotz. Devices pulled in from these tools can be firewalls, virtual appliances, switches, and more – review the tab itself for specifics.
Icon Colors
Different colors on icons signify different check-in statuses.
- Green – Checked in to CloudRadial within the last 24 hours
- Red – Has not checked in to CloudRadial within the last 24 hours
Troubleshooting Issues
- Occasionally, you may see an endpoint or server listed with a plus sign (+) icon next to it. This symbol indicates that the data transfer is currently taking place. If this does not resolve to one of the icons listed above within a few minutes, it means that there was an error with check-in and that the agent should be redeployed.
Please reach out by submitting a ticket for further investigation if this does not work. - If a machine is marked as red even though you can verify it is on, the agent may not be functioning as intended. Note that the agent is set to check in once daily (in the early hours of the morning) or on machine restart. If a machine restart does not address the issue, redeployment of the agent will fix the issue.
