With a ConnectBooster integration, you can give your clients one-click access to your ConnectBooster payment portal. To setup integration, you'll need to update both your ConnectBoster portal and CloudRadial.
Previously, you could make these changes yourself. Now, you must contact ConnectBooster support and request that they setup a login integration with CloudRadial.
- In CloudRadial, go to Partner | Integrations and click on the ConnectBooster option on the right.
- Enter your ConnectBooster portal URL such as https://cloudradial.connectboosteronline.com.
- Save your settings.
To test, go to the Account | Invoices page. You should see a button on the top right that says "Open Payment Portal". Click this button.
If the CloudRadial login email matches the email of an authorized end-user in ConnectBooster, the user will be instantly logged in. If there is not a match, then the user can enter their ConnectBooster credentials as normal. Remember, a Partner administrative user is not an end-user. The ConnectBooster link does not work on an administrative account or using the Impersonate option.
