With a ConnectBooster integration, you can give your clients one-click access to your ConnectBooster payment portal. To setup integration, you'll need to update both your ConnectBoster portal and CloudRadial.
Configure ConnectBooster:
Contact ConnectBooster support and request that they setup a login integration with CloudRadial.
After the integration has been enabled, please setup a GET method and enter the URL https://app.cloudradial.com/api/connectbooster?token={{authToken}}
Configure CloudRadial:
- In CloudRadial, go to Partner > Settings > Integrations and click on the ConnectBooster option on the right.
- Enter your ConnectBooster portal URL such as https://cloudradial.connectboosteronline.com.
- Save your settings.
To test, go to a specific client's Account > Invoices page. You should see a button on the top right that says Open Payment Portal. Click this button.
You can also provide an application menu link to the ConnectBooster portal using the token @PaymentPortal. More information is available here.
If the CloudRadial login email matches the email of an authorized end-user in ConnectBooster, the user will be instantly logged in. If there is not a match, then the user can enter their ConnectBooster credentials as normal. Remember, a Partner administrative user is not an end-user. The ConnectBooster link does not work on an administrative account or using the Impersonate option.
Please note that currently, the new UI for ConnectBooster has issues with SSO for custom integrations like Cloudradial, you may need to contact ConnectBooster to revert to the previous UI.
