How to Build and Export Marketing Lists

This document outlines how to build and export Marketing lists in CloudRadial.

To add a new Marketing List

1. Navigate to Partner > Marketing > Marketing Lists > Add
   
2. Select a Name for the Marketing list that describes the audience.
3. Add the required filters.
   

Marketing List Filter and Sync Options

• User Groups - Determines which user groups you want the list built from. 
• Company Groups - Determines which Company Groups you want the list built from.
• Installed / Uninstalled Products - Spelling and Case sensitive. These options will filter the list based on whether or not a client has a certain product installed in their CloudRadial Planner.

• Sync with MailChimp - CloudRadial has the ability to sync your Marketing lists with MailChimp. Please review the article here for more information : Integrating with Mailchimp

Exporting Marketing Lists

Once a list is built you can select it in CloudRadial, (Partner > Marketing > Marketing Lists > Select List) and use the Download button to export the list to an excel document.
