You can create place holders using the Script / JSON ID field in for questions in your form that will fill in designated tokens in your Email and Webhook activities.

Assigning a Unique ID to a Question
- In the portal, go to Support > Request Service > Add or Edit
- Open or Add a question
- Click Show more options...
- Input text to specify a unique question ID
- Click Submit
Creating the Token in the Automation
- Go to Partner > Automations > Add or Edit an Automation
- Click the Workflow tab
- For the Email Workflow:
- Drag over Send Email activity to Selected Activities
- A dialogue box will appear
- Fill in the information for From, To, and Subject
- Type the unique identifier in the Body of the email adding an @ symbol. For example (@Subject)
- Click Submit
- For the Webhook workflow:
- Drag over the Webhook activity to Selected Activities
- A dialogue box will appear
- Insert URL, Method, Content Type
- Type the unique identifier in the Content area adding an @ symbol. For example (@Subject)
- Click Submit
Testing Tokens with Automations and Service Catalog
- Go back to Support > Request Service
- Edit the form with your assigned unique identifiers
- Add a Question > Question Type: Automation > Select Automation
- Submit
- Select the form and fill out the field
- Submit
Your results should show the token @Subject was replaced with the value entered in the question of the form.
