CloudRadial was designed to pull in users from a sync source, such as your PSA system and/or your client's Microsoft 365 tenants. However, you can also add users manually to the portal as you see fit. You may want to do this in instances where the user is not yet found in any source, but you want them to have access to the portal.
Adding a User Manually
To add a user manually to CloudRadial:
- Log into your CloudRadial tenant as an Admin
- Navigate to Partner > Clients
- Locate the company where the manually added user will exist
- Use the 3 blue-dot menu to Impersonate Admin (All Features)

- Once in the specific company, navigate to Usage > Users
- Use the +Add button at the top right
- Enter in their details as required by the form
- Don't forget to uncheck Log in disabled to this portal? if you intend for the user to be able to access the portal.

- Select Submit to finalize the details of the manual user
Once you follow these steps, you can see the manually added user in the user list with a source of "Manual". Note that because they are added without any tie-ins to either a PSA or M365, they will not be able to see any tickets submitted or any licenses allocated.
FAQs
-
What happens if a manually added user submits a ticket?
- CloudRadial prioritizes the user experience. Even if a user doesn't exist in the PSA, the user will be able to submit a ticket. Once they do, they will be created in the PSA by CloudRadial. The next time the PSA syncs, the user will change from a Manual user to an IT Provider user (meaning they were merged with the PSA contact that was created).
