Billing reconciliation with Microsoft 365 licenses can be a giant pain for MSPs of any size. The CloudRadial/Gradient MSP integration enables MSPs to ensure their Microsoft 365 license counts are in agreement between Microsoft, CloudRadial, and their PSA via Gradient.
To set up the Gradient integration, we will follow 4 steps:
- Generate the API Key from within Gradient
- Paste the Gradient API Key into CloudRadial
- Configure the Microsoft 365 Mapping within Gradient
- Kicking Off the Information Sync

- Log into your Gradient account
- Navigate to Integrations at the top right from the navbar

Step 3: Configure the Microsoft 365 Mapping within Gradient
When you've successfully submitted your key into CloudRadal, you will need to configure the Microsoft 365 mapping.
- Back in your original browser window or tab in Gradient, select Next
- Map the companies together from the CloudRadial integration to Gradient Synthesize
- Select the filter icon on the right to initiate a search, then map the Synthesize accounts on the left to the list on the right by dragging and dropping. Gradient will try to auto-match names if they're close, but you may need to review to be sure.

Step 4: Kicking Off the Information Sync
Back in CloudRadial, be sure to either return to your existing open tab or navigate back to Partner > Settings > Integrations > Gradient MSP.
- Select the Force Sync option to manually feed data into Gradient from CloudRadial
- The sync may take several minutes to complete, depending on the amount of data to sync.
- The data will sync nightly from the point of integration. You will not need to manually force the sync again, with exceptions for issues and troubleshooting.
