ServiceAI sends email notifications for events such as new-user welcome messages, completed background jobs, and account activity. This article explains which address those messages come from and how to make sure they reach your team.
The Sender Address
ServiceAI notifications arrive from CloudRadial ServiceAI using a DoNotReply address on a regional subdomain of serviceai.cloudradial.com (for example, DoNotReply@us.serviceai.cloudradial.com for Tenants hosted in the US region).
These are outbound-only addresses. Replies are not monitored — to reach CloudRadial support, use support.cloudradial.com.
Updating Mail Filters and Allowlists
If your organization filters inbound mail, allow the serviceai.cloudradial.com domain (including its regional subdomains) so ServiceAI notifications are not quarantined. If you previously created rules for the older email.serviceai.app sender addresses, update those rules to the new domain.
Common messages sent from this address include:
- Welcome and sign-in emails for new users
- One-time login token emails
- Completion notices for long-running jobs, such as data syncs and score recalculations
