This article covers how to create your CloudRadial Chat account and begin setup. It applies to every version (Chat Starter, ChatAI Professional, and ChatAI Enterprise).
Create Your Account
- Go to https://chatai.cloudradial.com.
- Click Register.
- Create your account using a non-personal email address (a shared or role-based address rather than an individual's).
- Check your inbox for an email to finish setting up your account.
- Once your account is set up, you go straight to the Onboarding Wizard, which walks you through your initial configuration.
Already have an account? Go to the same address and click Login.

I bought ChatAI Professional (or Enterprise). Is the process the same?
Yes. All accounts start the same way, regardless of version.
I can't set up all the client or service channels I want during setup. What gives?
During setup you can configure one client channel (UCP or Web) and, optionally, one service channel (Slack or Teams). You can always add more channels after your core account creation is done.
Why do I need a non-personal email address?
So your account isn't tied to a single individual. Using a shared or role-based address means ownership can transfer easily if the person who set it up leaves.
I didn't get the setup email. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, contact support and we'll help you finish setting up your account.
Can I skip setting up a service channel during onboarding?
Yes. Your clients can still log tickets through their client channel, but your techs won't be able to pick up live chats until a service channel exists. You can add one anytime after setup.
