Submitting Your Request
Visit https://radials.io/Requests to open a feature request ticket. From there, select the product your request applies to and fill out the submission form with as much detail as you'd like.
Your request is logged and reviewed by our product and development teams, who consider all submissions as part of our ongoing planning process.
What to Expect
Feature requests help us understand what matters most to our partners and clients. While we review every submission, requests are not guaranteed to be added to the roadmap or completed within any specific timeframe. Submitting a request does not constitute a commitment on CloudRadial's part to develop or deliver the feature.
If a request gains traction or aligns with our current development priorities, it may be incorporated into a future release. We'll do our best to communicate updates through our normal channels - in-app announcements, release notes, and partner communications - when relevant features ship.
Tips for a Good Request
- Describe the problem you're trying to solve, not just the solution
- Include your use case or the client scenario driving the request
- Note which product and area of the platform it relates to
The more context you provide, the easier it is for our team to evaluate and prioritize.
