Opening a Ticket in Your PSA from Triage
When reviewing triage results, you can open the original ticket directly in your PSA ticketing system without leaving ServiceAI.
Using the View in Help Desk Button
- Navigate to the Triage page and click on a triage record to open its detail view.
- Click the View in Help Desk button in the page header.
- The ticket opens in a new browser tab in your PSA system (ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.).
Note: The button is only visible for triage records that were processed after this feature was released. Older triage records may not have a stored ticket URL and will not show the button.
