Setting Your Default Time Range
ServiceAI lets you save a personal default time range for ticket and data views. Once set, your preferred range is applied automatically each time you open a filtered view, so you don't have to reselect it every session.
How to Set Your Default Time Range
- Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner and select Personal Settings.
- Locate the Default Date Range dropdown below the Dark Mode toggle.
- Select your preferred range (for example, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or This Month).
- Click Save. The preference is stored and will apply across devices.
Where It Applies
Your default time range is used as the starting filter on the following pages:
- Tickets
- Triage
- Dashboard date-filtered widgets
You can still override the range on any page at any time; the default only controls the initial selection when you load the page.
