Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) is a crucial metric for measuring client happiness and service effectiveness. CloudRadial provides a structured and automated way to collect, analyze, and act on CSAT feedback, helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT teams improve their service delivery.
- With CloudRadial, CSAT surveys are seamlessly integrated into ticketing workflows, ensuring timely and relevant feedback from end-users.
- You can use the free, native CSAT tool (shown in the video below) or sync your CSAT results from supported third-party integrations.
In either case, your CSAT results will be visible within the portal as a dashboard element for valuable client-facing reports.
Native CloudRadial CSAT
CloudRadial's built-in CSAT allows you to collect customer satisfaction feedback directly within the platform. It integrates with ticketing systems to request feedback from end-users once tickets are resolved. Customers can rate their experience using a simple rating system (happy, neutral, unhappy), with the option to leave additional comments.
- Responses are automatically logged within CloudRadial, where they can be reviewed in dashboards and reports.
With this data, you can track trends, measure service quality, and identify areas for improvement.
To enable CSAT feedback:
- Log into CloudRadial as an administrator
- Navigate to Partner > Feedback
- Select the Settings option at the top right
