Aside from building out KB articles yourself, you can seamlessly bring your documentation over from ITBoost to your client portal without reinventing the wheel. To do so, follow these instructions:
Acquiring the Public-Facing URL from ITBoost
- Make your ITBoost article publicly available and accessible
- Get the public-facing URL for the article
Putting Your ITBoost Article(s) in CloudRadial
Once you've got the link to your ITBoost article(s), you can either put the article in Content for distribution to multiple clients, or you can add it to a specific client's knowledge base as a one-off.
Option 1: Putting the ITBoost Article in Partner > Content for Mass Distribution
- Head to Partner > Content
- Navigate to an existing Articles content package
- You can also create one from the +Add button at the top right
- Once in the content package, create a new article via the +Add button at the top right
- Set Category to be the folder under which the article will reside
- Set Subject as the title of the article in CloudRadial
- Set the Article to "From Web Page URL" rather than from the editor
- Paste in your ITBoost link for an article.
- Select Submit at the bottom.
You can add additional ITBoost articles as necessary to this content package, provided that their target audience is the same (specifically, company groups and user groups.
Once you set the audience and publish the package, the article will appear within the client's knowledge base(s).
Option 2: Putting the ITBoost Article in a Single Client's Knowledge Base
- Head to Company > Knowledge Base for a specific company.
- Create a new article via the +Add button at the top right.
- Set Category to be the folder under which the article will reside
- Set Subject as the title of the article in CloudRadial
- Set the Article to "From Web Page URL" rather than from the editor
- Paste in your IT Boost link for an article.
- If necessary, select the target user group via the Groups tab at the top.
- Select Submit at the bottom.
The article will be posted immediately, and the results will be identical to the screenshot above (albeit to just one company).

Since ITBoost documents cannot be framed, the document is converted to a PDF and displayed. It will typically take a few seconds for the document to appear but, with the benefit that it can then be downloaded or opened as a PDF document.
Any changes you make to the ITBoost document will be reflected the next time the document is displayed in CloudRadial.
