Aside from building out KB articles yourself, you can seamlessly bring your documentation over from Zendesk Guide to your client portal without reinventing the wheel. To do so, follow these instructions:
Acquiring the Public-Facing URL from Zendesk Guide
- Get the public-facing URL for the article you wish to distribute
Putting Your Zendesk Guide Article(s) in CloudRadial
Once you've got the link to your Zendesk Guide article(s), you can either put the article in Content for distribution to multiple clients, or you can add it to a specific client's knowledge base as a one-off.
Option 1: Putting the Zendesk Guide Article in Partner > Content for Mass Distribution
- Head to Partner > Content
- Navigate to an existing Articles content package
- You can also create one from the +Add button at the top right
- Once in the content package, create a new article via the +Add button at the top right
- Set Category to be the folder under which the article will reside
- Set Subject as the title of the article in CloudRadial
- Set the Article to "From Web Page URL" rather than from the editor
- Paste in your Zendesk Guide link for an article.
- Select Submit at the bottom.
You can add additional Zendesk Guide articles as necessary to this content package, provided that their target audience is the same (specifically, company groups and user groups.
Once you set the audience and publish the package, the article will appear within client's knowledge base(s).
Option 2: Putting the Zendesk Guide Article in a Single Client's Knowledge Base
- Head to Company > Knowledge Base for a specific company.
- Create a new article via the +Add button at the top right.
- Set Category to be the folder under which the article will reside
- Set Subject as the title of the article in CloudRadial
- Set the Article to "From Web Page URL" rather than from the editor
- Paste in your Zendesk Guide link for an article.
- If necessary, select the target user group via the Groups tab at the top.

The article will be posted immediately, and the results will be identical to the screenshot above (albeit to just one company).
